• California Water Use, Management, and Governance in the 21st Century.

  • The WSPC teams with the Public Policy Institute of California (PPIC) in a forward looking study of issues and reforms in California water sector. The aim of this project is to produce an independent and authoritative policy-oriented analysis of California’s current and projected water situation, challenges, and options for reform. The effort will be coordinated by PPIC, with participation of a multidisciplinary core team of water experts (ecology, economics, engineering, law) and a broader group of experts serving as resource persons and peer reviewers.
